About the Villa

Moonlight Villa is a traditional looking stone detached villa with full air conditioning, its own private swimming pool and garden, not overlooked. The terrace and pool benefit from sun throughout the day and provide the perfect setting for poolside fun, relaxation and alfresco dining. Free Broadband and Wi-Fi is available.

Furnished and equipped inside and out to a high comfort level to meet all needs. The villa layout gives a real sense of space with a master bedroom on the upper floor with its own large balcony with good views, and two further bedrooms on the ground floor, one looking over the pool with its own terrace, the other very suitable for children. The roof terrace gives fantastic panoramic views of the sea and mountains and is a great place to have drinks under the stars.

Outdoors

The Villa is set within its own private garden. The entrance from the road is all on one level and is well lit at night. A large terrace on one level leads from the living room with a shaded dining area under a tiled roof. Private 25sqm freshwater pool, which is not overlooked, 170cm deep, 137 shallow end, with sun-beds and parasols. The pool is cleaned daily.
The terrace, equipped with table and chairs, leads from the poolside bedroom overlooking an olive grove and views of the bay and mountains.
The Master bedroom has a large balcony with good shade and wonderful views; this also has a table and 4 chairs.The staircase leads to a roof terrace.

The villa and gardens has an elevated position, which, may not be suitable for small children.

Location

The village 10 minutes on foot will provide an excellent range of restaurants & shops. Try a boat trip from the harbour from £15 including lunch, it will take you to lots of lovley bays for swimming and views of the mountains.The new bus station is a 10 minute walk, using the local bus cooperative will give easy access to all the attractions in the area.The villa has wounderful views of the surrounding Taurus Mountains and the sea.
