Kalkan is quietly sophisticated and with an ambience that is very hard to match in other destinations. The village consists of narrow cobbled streets which all lead to the picturesque harbour here you will be able to enjoy a drink whilst watching the ‘coming and going’s of harbour life. Leading off from the harbour is a wonderful choice of restaurants where you can eat excellent food, many with roof top terraces offering a wonderful view of the harbour and the starlight night sky. The type of menus on offer is very varied ranging from very traditional Turkish cuisine to modern interpretations of the country’s food, all offering very good value for money.
